Each Medical Guide is a professionally written, expert-reviewed resource crafted to help you successfully navigate specific medical procedures, diagnoses, or care pathways. In addition to step-by-step guidance, many of our guides include communication tips—what to say, what not to say, and how to frame your situation in ways that are more likely to be taken seriously by healthcare providers.

We also include sample client profiles that reflect real-world cases which often do result in access to the care being discussed. While your personal story is always valid, these examples can help you align your presentation with patterns that healthcare professionals may respond to more readily.

Our aim is not to promote dishonesty—but to equip you with strategic insights so you can advocate for yourself more effectively and reduce the risk of being dismissed, delayed, or gaslit. We encourage transparency and honesty wherever possible, but we also understand the realities many patients face in restrictive or skeptical systems. Most guides are a one-time purchase. Some offer optional yearly update subscriptions for evolving topics or regularly updated protocols. These will be clearly marked in the guide listing.

Yes. If the guide hasn’t been downloaded or accessed, within 48 hours of purchase, we offer a full refund. After access, we can only offer refunds in specific cases with prior consultation.

We offer both options. You can choose one-time coaching (Basic or Advanced) or subscribe to our Expert Companion monthly plan for recurring access and priority support.

No, our services are currently not reimbursable through health insurance providers. All fees are out-of-pocket.
